What is the Law of Attraction?
The forces that guide your life in ways more than you could imagine. Your thoughts take a shape of your reality.
As once said by Gautam Buddha:
“All that we are is the result of what we have thought: it is founded on our thoughts and made up of our thoughts. If a man speaks or act with an evil thought, suffering follows him as the wheel follows the hoof of the beast that draws the wagon.... If a man speaks or act with a good thought, happiness follows him like a shadow that never leaves him.”
The theory looks simple, but is it? I think It is more complex, especially when this competitive word where you are slow in adapting change, you lag behind your mind is somewhere plagued by an unpleasant or unwanted thoughts, confusions, all the time which makes it difficult to think straight.
Filter the Negative thoughts!
By thinking what happens, happens for a reason? Maybe yes, but there's more to it.. My mantra in life lately has been I would not invest thinking and using my energy on things that doesn't bring me growth, growth in career, growth in developing my thought process. Following this practice literally filtered a lot of negativity from my mind, it gave my mind room to be more conscious about that I am investing in! Made me realized how I was getting affected by people, their thoughts about me who vaguely knew me?
I know it's not always possible to be able to let things go, we are human with no superpower as such to not get negative emotions away like, feeling sad, hear broken, disappointed! So how do you deal with tough situations? Write it out, talk it out or cry it out, just don't let it build a pile inside of your head by holding it back. There is always a way out of something that is bothering us, for instance, working in a toxic work environment? Find another job and leave that one. Don't like someone using your insecurities on you? Communicate, create boundaries, if they still don't understand, detach yourself from that person.
Do good deeds, that's the superpower we are given, as small as whenever you step out of your room carry a smile, the smile that makes someone's day a bit better and brighter. Let the worries take a back seat, enjoy every moment possible and let the universe use its magic wand and surprise you with the best experiences in your life.
